The Gallery
The Gallery
Watch the gallery Cineb. A BAFTA award nominated feature. Walls of stone, surrounded by water isolate the National Gallery of Melbourne, Victoria from its inhabitants. Stone, glass and water are the constantly repeating motives of this gallery. A mosaic of quick reciprocal action arises from the mixture of architecture and nature, sculptures, pictures, masks and people. A subjective look at the National Gallery of Victoria, the film expresses visually and audibly the visitors' reaction to the Gallery, and the Gallery's reaction to its visitors
